Raw food enthusiasts swear by the health benefits of eating food that has not been cooked. The idea is that nutrients are preserved in their fullest and most bioavailable form in raw fruit and raw vegetables. While I’m not expert enough to say that a completely raw food diet is the best way to live, I can certainly enjoy a raw vegan recipe as an extra burst of nutrition in my regular vegan diet.
Many raw food recipes are simple, easy to follow and can be made in a hurry. Some of the most popular raw food recipes include juices, salads, smoothies and bowls, and (my favorite) raw desserts.
Raw food recipes are a great way to get more nutrients and enzymes into your diet. They’re also a great way to reduce your exposure to harmful chemicals. Most raw food recipes rely on fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds for all of the nutrients you need. A raw vegan diet as a lifestyle is not for everyone, but there are certainly plenty of healthy, delicious recipes to incorporate to your usual diet.

801010 Raw Vegan
The raw vegan diet is a way of eating that eliminates all processed foods, including meat, dairy, and eggs. An 801010 diet is a subset of raw veganism and follows a ratio of 80% carbs, 10% protein, 10% fats. The 801010 diet is full of delicious recipes that are jampacked with nutrients, making the diet a great supplement to your daily life. While I don’t eat fully 801010 myself anymore, I do love making 801010 meals and sides to get my healthy dose of plants most days.
This could be as easy as sprinkling pumpkin seeds on my avocado toast or throwing a couple soft vegetables in my green smoothies, the 801010 philosophy has inspired more raw fruit and vegetables dishes in my diet.
