As much as I love being included in some sort of community, I don’t think I’ll ever follow the trendsetters so far as falling all over Lady Gaga. I love dancing mindlessly to her mindless music, but there comes a point when being cool just no longer requires sacrificing your very creatively designed brain cells for the mere sake of being cool. And being artistic doesn’t absolutely have to be “different”. Andy Warhol may have been on to something when he said “art is anything you can get away with” but let’s be real, Gaga. Homegirl is crazy.
