Combine honey, true cinnamon and nutmeg powder in a small bowl until a paste forms.
Spread the cinnamon and honey mixture on your face like a face mask, avoiding delicate areas like the eyelids and mouth.
Leave the cinnamon face mask on your skin for as long as you feel comfortable. I like to do chores during this time.
Cover your face with a washcloth soaked in warm water and slowly wipe away (do NOT get into your eyes, cinnamon burns in a scary way when it's where it's not supposed to be). This could also serve as a gentle exfoliation if you gently rub in circles.
Apply a gentle moisturizer, like my calendula facial oil.
My skin was so smooth and glowing afterward, unlike any other homemade mask I've ever made! I wouldn't use this more than once a week on account of the burn factor of true cinnamon. Regular use can help with acne scars and prevent scarring too.
