Nope, not even a little. After traveling through Latin America, I realized that I was missing out on too much of the culture to really learn the lessons I wanted to learn. I’ve been plant-based ever since.

Mostly, but I eat eggs and occasionally cheese and fish, so I won’t exclude my own diet from this blog. But the truth is that most things in my household are vegan and gluten free naturally.

It started because I was curious. It was an entire lifestyle to explore and I was excited to explore it. Then I felt really good in my body, so I continued. And now, after learning about the environmental impact of our fast-paced actions, I’ve chosen to remain mostly plant-based because it’s an easy lifestyle choice for me and helps push the (environmental) needle in a direction that I generally support.
