As if juice isn’t amazing by itself Starbucks is catching onto the trend and investing in a similar business model the coffee mogul already uses for its billion dollar coffee empire, but for JUICE!! Evolution Fresh is the lighter and greener side of Starbucks and is bound to make BIG changes in the health food industry.
I am elated, ecstatic, joyous, and just so so happy to see such progress. Maybe it’s a trend but it’s also a very good trend because of all of the nutritional benefits. Finally, being cool can be good for you too !!
Unfortunately the chain isn’t expected to open until mid 2012 (aren’t we there already ?!?!) and is currently only available in Washington. Until then, you will hear me cheering all the way from this coast !
