A tasty, filling take on butternut squash soup – with fruit!

  • 1.5 cup butternut squash peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
  • 3 cup orange juice fresh
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon



  • Place all the soup ingredients in a high speed blender, and slowly increase the speed to prevent too much foam bubbling up on top. Allow ingredients to fully mix. Serve and garnish with the fruit pieces.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve and garnish with fruit pieces.

So easy and simple!
